²Curtain head adopts two-direction adjustable structure which can adjust clamp stroke between 0-100mm.

²Curtain head have special treatment that is interior to avoid producing air bubbles. The head is adopted European independent structure and separated from convey system. It is easy to move and reducing vibration.

²The Convey belt is imported 3mm PU materials which can resistant solvent and avoid seam. The bottom of convey belt is weighted which can adjust the speed by inverter and no vibration.

²The bearings adopt sealing structure which may prevent paint soak.

²Equipped a large capacity oil tank with electronic control constant temperature and oil pump which have better filter effect and stable flux.

²There are four layer filter belt in the oil tank which is better filter impurity in paint reflux.

²Equipped deformer system ,no bubble will be produce while the capacity is between 100-150kg with the oil tank cycle.

²A special slow flow system to reduce producing bubble when the paint is cycle.

²The precise temperature controlling to sense actual temperature of the paint

 Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.

 Usually 300mm . Also It can produce as clients requests.
