1.  Curtain coating machine is suitable for coating all kinds of leveling or a little

concave-convex products surface,such as floor,furniture board,glass and metal.

Using this machine can improve coating efficiency,maximum save paintand have better mirror effect.

2. Curtain head adopts two-direction adjustable structure which can adjust clamp stroke between

 0-00mm.

3. Curtain head have special treatment that is interior to avoid producing

air bubbles.The head is adopted European independent structure and separated

 from convey system.It is easy to move and reducing ibration.

4. The Convey belt is imported 3mm PU materials which can resistant solvent

and avoid seam.The bottom of onvey belt is weighted which can adjust the

speed by inverter and no vibration.

5. The bearings adopt sealing structure which may prevent paint soak.

6. Equipped a large capacity oil tank with electronic control constant

temperature and oil pump which have better filter effect and stable flux.

7. There are four layer filter belt in the oil tank which is better filter

impurity in paint reflux.

8. Equipped deformer system ,no bubble will be produce while the capacity

is between 100-150kg with the oil tank cycle.

9. A special slow flow system to reduce producing bubble when the paint is cycle.

11. The precise temperature controlling to sense actual temperature of the paint.

12. Designed dustproof can avoid curtain drifting and dust.

What is the curtain coating machine for wood floor ,Furniture warranty?

 Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.

 Usually 600mm , 1000mm ,1300mm , 2000mm .Also It can produce as clients requests.
