USE:

Open Mill: Special alloy steel-made rollers with hard and abrasion assistant surface never

delaminate. Motor reducer with hard tooth surface single axial output transmission mechanism

ensures large torsion and low noise. Human-orientated design for safe purpose protects the

operator in emergency case by emergency stop and reversing device.

          This machine is suitable for factory lab, colleges, R & D institutions for recipe researching and

sampling. Our equipments are widely used in mixing, plasticizing and sheeting of Rubber, Plastic

and Chemical materials.

Picture one : XK-160 lab rubber mixing mill . Mainly used for lab use

picture two : XK-250 rubber mixing mill . production capacity is about 150 kg/h

picture three : xk-360 rubber mixing mill .Production is about 250 kg/h

picture four : xk-400 rubber mixing duction is about 350 kg/h . From this model , we begin distiguish configuration . NYLON , COPPER , ROLLER BALL BEARING.

picture five:XK-450 rubber mixing mill . two configuration , stock blender is choosed . 500 kg/h

picture six : XK-560 . two configuration , stock blender . production is 500 KG/H
