 1.LQM anchorage system can be used to anchor 12.7mm-12.9mm, 15.1mm-15.9mm, standard strength 1470-1960Mpa low relaxation and high strength PC strands, and can be also to 7mm, 5mm, strength 1470-1960Mpa PC steel wires.

Wedge anchorage can be chosen from 1-55 wire PC strand (PC wire bundle) or according to the specific demands of the engineering designs.   Instructions:

1 LQM anchorage must be used with LQM working wedge, and LQM tool anchorage must be used with LQM tool wedge.

2 Work anchorage can’t substitute for tool anchorage.

3 LQM series anchorage must be used with the same specification restraing plates of LQM.

4 Anchorage must be well keeped to prevent rusting and dirts . Before installation , rusting and dirts must be cleand to prevent from damaging the internal thread of wedge which will fill in the alveolar of wedge when tension.

5 When install anchorage, O Dia of Anchor Head should put in hole of Anchor Bearing Plate ,and the restraing plate must in the same direction with the hole of tool anchorage,and the strands cannot be twined around each other and dislocated.
