LQM stressing-end anchorage assembly
Main performance of our wedge head and and anchorage
1.All wedge head, wedge and couplers develop at least 95 percent of the minimum specified ultimate strength of the pre-stressing steel, when tested in an un-bonded state, without exeeding anticipated set.
2. Wege head and wedge tested in accordance with AAREMA, AASHTO, AASHTO LRFD Design and Construction Specification or BS4447
3. Wedge head and plates shall be hot dip galvanized.
General Tensioning Requirements
1. Pre-stressing steel shall be tensioned by hydraulic jacks so as to produce the forces shown on the detailed design drawings with appropriate allowances for all losses.
2. For post tensioned work the losses shall also include the anchor set loss appropriate for the anchorage system employed.
3.Maximum applied load on the strands shall not exceed 80% from the ultimate breaking force..
4.The calibration of all the jacking and pressure gauges equipments shall be within 6 months, prior to stressing work commencement.
