Characteristic | Quick Drying, high stickiness, transparent, Single Component intermediate primer. Easy to apply, could adhere on all types of car plastic parts. No need to dilute in use |
Substrate | The partial vehicle of PE,PP,ABS,PA etc, not for pure PP& PE |
Surface Cleaning | Remove wax, silicon and other impurities with degrease cleaner |
Usage | Increase the adhesion between plastic and coating during plastic parts repair |
Spray Layers | 2-3layers,4-5um total thickness |
Interval | 5-10mins,20°C |
Spray gun & pressure | Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.5mm 3-5kg/cm2 |
