Use

Applies to the cryodrying for easily decompose, aggregation and deterioration at high temperatures of the mechanical equivalent of heat materials; widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.

Principle

Vacuum drying is to dry the material under the vacuum conditions of heating and drying. It is the use of vacuum pump for pumping gas drainage pump to form a vacuum state, speed up the drying rate.

Characteristic
The boiling point of the solution is reduced under vacuum material, the evaporator heat transfer driving force increases, so can save a certain amount of transfer area of evaporator.

Evaporation heat source can use low pressure steam or waste heat (special requirements of users use water or oil heating, we can designe specifically for you )
Evaporator heat loss can be reduced.

It applies to the drying work of heat-sensitive materials which easily decompose ,polymerization and deterioration at high temperatures.

Before drying,it can be disinfected, dry process without any impurities mixed.

Belongs to static vacuum dryer, it will not damage the materials.
