Use
This machine is a multifunctional granulating machine set top spray, bottom spray and other functions and integration. It has the functions of mixing, granulating, drying, coating etc.. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, biological, chemical and other industries.
Principle
The machine is composed of the air inlet system, the fluidized bed system, the top spray system, the bottom blowing system, the air system and so on. Top spray granulation for function; bottom spray for coating function; the above functions are all in the same table multifunctional boiling granulating implement. User according to the actual production process matching function requirements
Characteristic
It applies to R & D, one of the experimental laboratory equipment.
The machine is equipped with full functionality of the system on top and bottom, it can be easily achieved drying, granulation, coating, pellets function.
The machine uses PLC automatic control, all operation done automatically on stated parameters by the user,it can print all process parameters , the original records is true and reliable. In full compliance with GMP requirements for medicine production.
