Description of Production Process

1. General introduction: Small-diameter logs, tree branches and twigs, industrial wood residue (log cores, crushed veneer, log offcuts, plywood trimmings and waste particleboard, etc.) are used to produce gradual-changing structured or homogeneous particleboards measur ing 1220×2440mm. Applications include furniture, construction, packaging, vehicles, ships and so on. When overlaid, particleboard can become panels with an added value.

2. Production process The production line is divided into 5 working sections. Between the sections there is electrical interlock. When unlocked, single machines can be controlled individually. The line is automated and the operation is simple and reliable.

2.1 Flake preparation section:

solution 1:

Wood, branches and other short raw materials, are sent to the chipper via a belt conveyor and metal detector for chipping operation. Chips produced are sent to the chip silo for storage via a screw conveyor and scraper conveyor. Wood chips from the chip silo are sent to the flaker via a screw conveyor for flaking operation. Then flakes are sent to the wet particles silo via a scraper conveyor.

solution 2:

Timber materials delivered by the feed conveyor to longs flaker,sliced into qualified shavings.Then flakes are sent to the wet particles silo via a scraper conveyor.

solution 3:

Small-diameter wood and other long timber,delivered by the feed conveyor to longs flaker,sliced into qualified shavings.Then flakes are sent to the wet particles silo via a scraper conveyor.

Branches and other short raw materials,Transferred from the feed belt conveyor to drum chipper,by chipper whittled  qualified Chips , sent to the chips silo for middle storage. Chips into the ring flakers produce qualified shavings,
Then flakes are sent to the wet particles silo via a scraper conveyor,by the wind sent to the wet particles silo.

2.2 Drying and sifting section: 
Particles from the wet particles silo are sent to the rotor particle dryer via a discharging screw conveyor at the bottom of the wet particles silo. Let spark detection device on the screw conveyor, once the alarm, dry materials can be automatically discharged out of the system.After screening the coarse wood shavings into the grinder processed again,together with middle coarse wood shavings,Sent by  screw conveyor to flow sorter for sorting.
