About Extruder:

Extruder can be devided into single-screw extruder, double-screw extruder and multi-screw extruder. Single-screw extruder is widly used at present, it is suitable for common material extrusion.

Instruction:

SJSZ series conical extruder machine have advantages such as: forcing extrusion, high quality, widly application, long life use, low shear rate, hard to decompose, good performance in mixing and plasticizing, powder direct forming, etc. Automatically temperature control, vacuum exhaustion and other equipments. Suitable for pipe, plate, profile and other products manufacturing.

Add some water or other liquid into the powder, stiring constantly. Extrude the mixed material from multi-aperture die head or metal mash under high pressure.

Commonly material is extruded by screw after adding material into the cylindrical container. Pressure can be controled if frequency conversion technique, so we can choose the optimum line speed.

Attention:

Extruders should be forward operating, but not reversal.

Forbid to empty operating, you must heat the machine and load the material when operating, so as to avoid sticking.

Forbid to put ironware and other sundries.

Safty utilization, ground the line.

Forbid to touch the whirling parts of feed opening, discharging opening, belt, gear, etc.

Lubricant need to be injected before starting the machine.
