Automatic heat welding machine:
· Automatic heat welding machine can finished welding plastic pipes according to preset sequence process automatically.
· Welding sequence process parameter includes: welding temperature(T), welding different time period(t), pressure acting on the weld interface(P).
· Due to no ideal non-destructive test, so strictly implement welding standard is the basic assurance to ensure welding ends quality. It will minimize person factors while using automatic welding machine, make sure of the good quality.
Welding process control:
· a. Automatic control milling face.
· b. Auto detect if the pipe is compressed well.
· c. Manual inspection of butt joint unfitness.
· d. Automatic precision inspection of dragging force.
· e. Automatic control loop forming height.
· f. Automatic control heat absorption time.
· g. Automatic limited conversion time. (heating board optional for auto move or manual fetch)
