1. DZL Horizontal Automatic Chain Fast Loading Steam Boiler Introduction

      DZL horizontal automatic chain fast loading steam boiler is a kind of three return water pipe horizontal composite boiler.

      The inside of boiler drum decorates a bunch of threaded pipe.

      Two side chambers of a stove are equipped with water-cooled wall light pipe.

      Light chain grate was adopted to realize mechanical feeding, equipped with blower, induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.

      The boiler is equipped with scraper slag machine to realize the automatic slag.

      This boiler adopts new type of energy saving technology before and after.

      Fuel land on fire grate from coal scuttle then enter the combustion chamber of a stove for fully burned.

      After the arch refraction, the flam upward front smoke box through the both sides of the combustion chamber state.

      Then by the former smoke box back to pot bundles,entering the economizer through the back smoke box.

      At last induced by the draft fan through the flue to the chimney then into the atmosphere.
