Construction of equipments

1. Flowing plasma trunk which adopts open one which consists of coning tube ,stair-stepping diffuser ,beater ,trunk ,etc. stair-stepping diffusing hole-plate &plasma-setting machine made of organic glass are third class diffuser ,which has upper plate is used for complete &part adjustment .

2. Long meshwork dept which consists of breast roller ,moulding plate ,scraped plate .absorber ,vacuum absorbing trunk, vacuum bending roller, etc. whose shelf of meshwork platform with 18000mm length except for extruding holder made of aluminium alloy is whole soldering steel package with external 1.5mm stainless steel .

3. Compression dept which adopts vacuum-absorption move-leading paper and consists of 1vacuum compression &3 uphill compressions.

4. Drying dept. which is equipped with 32 drying cylinders with φ1500mm ,1 big cylinder with  φ3000mm, whose mode of array is 8+8+8+feeding glue machine +8,which adopts sealed gear trunk to run &lubricate .

5. Compression light & rolled paper which adopts three-roller compression light machine &cylinder rolled paper machine .
