1. Features

Circular duct fan is a product which bears many national inventions.It's a new type of duct fan with a patented shape. The size of air inlet is the same as air outlet. The fan can be connected with all kinds of air ducts (the size of air inlet and outlet is 100-315MM). Then, it saves a lot of money for pipeline design and installation expenses. 2. Structural characteristics

housing

The housing of fan consists of air inlet cover and air outlet cover. It is made of qualified heat galvanized steel plate or plastics and then applies powder-spray surface treatment. The plastic is specialized for environment project use and has good performance of atmosphere erosion protection. The air inlet is designed according to aerodynamics so as to facilitate turbulence entering blade wheels. The size of air inlet is the same as air outlet. It's easy to install. There is screw nail to connect for air inlet cover and air outlet cover so as to facilitate maintenance and cleaning. It is equipped with braces for installation and the lifting and installation is easy.

Impeller

The impeller of HCGF-100 NO 1.9, HCGF -125 NO1.9 fans are made of new type plastics paddle. And the impeller of HCGF -150 NO 2.2, HCGF -160 NO2.2 fans are manufactured by new type plastics paddles and metal plates. The impeller of HCGF -200NO 2.5, HCGF -250 NO2.5, HCGF -305 NO 2.8, HCGF -315 NO 2.8 fans are made of metal paddles. All the above mentioned paddles of impeller are backward inclined. It applies static and dynamic balance tests and meet the accuracy grade of G=2.5 or G=6.3 according to DIN standard.

Motor

This external-rotor motor of HCEM series has the features of compact structure, simple installation, economical space,stable operation, low noise, energy saving, high efficiency and infinitive stage transmission. It passed the certifications of ROHS, 3C and CE. The bearings of motor are single-row deep groove ball bearings of NSK brand. It has been filled with lubrication oils and sealed. It doesn't need filling lubrication oils during the course of using. The average effective lifetime is no less than 50,000 hours as well as the lowest lifetime guarantee is 30,000 hours.

Junction box

The plastic junction box uses plastic materials which contain fire retardant component. The connecting terminal applies high-grade insulation materials. The performance of fire protection and electricity leakage protection.
