 Application  gantry type external seam welding machine         

1.  Usage: cylinder external longitudinal seam welding;can use two weld heads respectively weld two steel pipes, high efficiency, good welding quality.

2.   Scope of application: thickness 4-12mm; Can achieve single side welding, both sides forming effect (back base) length 13000mm; diameter φ250-1700mm; material carbon steel

3.   Work piece state: surface smooth, butt gap no more than 1mm or MAG base welded

4.   Work piece surface: No pollution, serious corrosion etc.

5.   Work piece before welding state:

Before welding work piece is firmly spot welded, clean solder joints, and fix arc starting ending plate

1.    Cylinder external longitudinal seam welding adopts gantry frame walking,  work pieces are fixed way to weld; Gantry frame walking speed adjust by servo stepless speed regulation, can meet welding speed adjustment.

2.    Adjustable rotator using screw adjust, the distance between rollers is manual screw adjust, according to welding requirement; make the longitudinal weld in the horizontal position as far as possible.

3.    The welding head are respectively provided with 2D mechanical tracking mechanism can reduce the   frequent adjustments to welding head due to cylinder placed errors.
