[ The Motors ]

－ The rollover of working table is made via using two motors.
－ The rotation motor and rollover motor are mounted under rotation working table, and they can be controlled via control center or operator pendant directly.

[ Rollover and Rotation ]

－ Rollover of working table: use 3-phase asynchronous motor to drive deceleration system, and implement the up/down rollover for working table.
－ The rotation of working table is made via 3-phase asynchronous motor driven by frequency converter and deceleration system, and the forward and backward rotation can be made accordingly.

[ The Working Table ]

－ Working table is fixed on the professional rotary body, stable bearing and rotary.

－ Use high quality steel plate, strengthening treatment on the stress part; annealing, stress relieving process.

[ Control Box and Hand Controller ]

When separate state, the parameters can be preset via operator pendant of positioner and intuitionistic display.

We have various positioners working in conjunction with different welders.

1. Installation
Free site installation and commissioning for foreign customers, if required. Relevant costs, including round ticket and accommodation cost, are on foreign customers.
2. Personnel Training
Training of operation and maintenance by professional engineers, which lasts about 1 week. 

3. After-sale Service
Warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, we provide the maintenance service free of charge. (Except the man-made major damage and irresistible natural factors)

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 30 days if the goods are in stock. It is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
