Description of Port Crane                                                                                     

This jib portal crane has been widely used in port, yard, station, stack and so on. In order to quicken the turnover of the vehicle,
the operation of loading and unloading, transshipment of goods on the shipping and car needs high efficiency. With the advantage of advanced capability, high working efficiency, compact frame, calm movement, comfortable operation, safety and reliability,convenience maintenance, nice appearance and so on, it can make good use of the limited space of the port, yard and other places.

- Electric control equilibrium system is applied to avoid overload of switching and lift mechanism, as a result of which, the outage rate can be reduced.

- The four bar linkage mechanism is optimized by dynamics software. When luffing, the horizontal move of load in ensured, the transmission angle is increased and the pressure angle reduced, by which, the service lift of four bar linkage mechanism is increased.
- The luffing mobile counterweight is adopt so that when operating, the upsetting caused by load is minimized and the service life of revolving support increased.
 
ENVIRONMENT:
- The power of crane is three-phase AC; rated frequency is 50 Hz; rated voltage is 380V;
- The temperature of working environment is -20-+45ºC; the max.relative humidity is no less than 85%;
- Working class of the crane is A3-A5;
- Working environment of the crane is indoor;
- The crane that has special requirements for environmental conditions shall execute the contract articles.

The basic parameters (rated lifting weight, lifting height and span, etc.) of the crane shall be described clearly when the user orders goods or signs a contract so that  the product which may satisfy the working condition can be supplied.
