Jinan ShunLong Machinery Equipment Co,Ltd developed the beer brewing equipment which can produce complete sets of 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 800L and 1000L series self-made beer equipments for large and medium hotels, beer bars and consumers.
Applicable range
1. Used as storage and fermentation tank in beer and other industries
2. Applicable in the filed of pub, bar , hotel, restaurant and relevant fields.
Structure Characteristics
1. Volume from 50L-5000L (can be customized according to customer requirements)
2. Material: sanitary stainless steel 304
3. Three layer structure: Inner body, Jacket body and isolation. Isolation layer filled with insulation material.
4. Inner surface THK: 2mm-4mm .Outside finish could be matt or mirror polish
5. All pipes are all ISO or DIN sanitary pipe, external adopt food grade mirror polish.
6. PLC control system, which could achieve automatic, semi automatic control, to ensure the accurately and effectively of parameters and experimental results.
Product Description
Our beer brewery equipment raw material is 304 international standard stainless steel materials (mashed and lauter tanks can be luxury red copper material). You also can choice stainless steel polishes, carbon steel, spray finishing and so on.
The application of international standardized fermented beer production technology, a wide range of temperature control application technology, mirror polishing inside the tank, up to ≤0.8um≤0.6um≤0.2um polishing quality standards
