1.Milling system

2 Mash system

System is mainly composed of beer saccharification pot, pot gelatinization, filter tank, boiling pot, sedimentation tank, the composition of hops to add equipment. Glycosylation system pot/trough of the body of all international standards for the use of high-quality 304 stainless steel material. 3 Fermentation system:

liner are of international standards of quality 304 stainless steel material,high-pressure polyurethane foam insulation,the jacket in accordance with customer requirements,can be polished stainless steel,matt,carbon,the form of spraying.

4Cooling system

Beer production cooling system include: ice water, refrigerator, piping valves and control systems, which is the core of the refrigeration unit, the general use of ammonia refrigeration compressor, respectively, for the water heat exchange and direct to fermentation.

5.CIP cleaning system

Include:hot alkaline tank, cold alkaline tank, acid tank, sterile tank, recycling water, CIP pump and so on.All the tanks are high-quality 304 stainless steel materials, the protection of argon gas welding, both inside and outside the polished, high-quality pipe valves, link optimization process.
