Main Features

1) Full food grade SUS 304,tank inner thickness 3.0mm,outer thickness 2.0mm.

2) The kettle equip the electric heating system,you also can chose steam heating.

3) Fermentation tanks testing pressure 0.5 Mpa keep 48 hours,working pressure 0.2 Mpa.

4) The 200l micro brewery equipment passed the CE certificated.

5) Automatic cooling system,the fermentation tanks equip the dimple jacket cooling.Single tank single control.

Brewhouse

The plate heat exchanger can cooling the hot wort fast.

After the whirlpool,the wort need to pump to the fermentation tank,but the wort is too hot,need to  cooling.

The plate heat exchanger is full material,it has 2 stage cooling.One is glycol water,one is tap water.

If you brewing 2 batch per day,the tap water cooling can be used for the next batch,after through the PHE,it will be 50-60 degree temperature.

Rake and Filter Board

If you chose the beer brewing system in a pub,bar or hotel,you can chose the copper equipment.It is looks beautiful.
