Discharge valve Application:
Discharge valves are mainly used for reactors, tanks and the bottoms of other containers to layout, emptying, and no dead zone off operate. By means of connecting the bottom of a valve to the tank or other containers by flange,to prevent residue of medium at the exit.Flat base bush, V-shaped body and disc(up&down)are available according to custom. There are erosion-resistant, corrosion-resistant seal(HRC56-62) in body for protect itself from the medium when the valve opens.The disc is covered by build up welding of cemented carbide and short stroke design is available according to custom.

Corrosion resistance:

1. Media :water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (temperatures -29 ℃ -425 ℃ for WCB material ).

2. Media:particle, oil, paper pulp, carbon dioxide gas (temperature -60 ℃ -232 ℃ for  stainless steel).

3.Fluoride ionic contained liquids (such as HF, etc.),alkali or phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration> 30%) are not acceptable. 

4. Stainless steel :working temperature ≤150 ℃ , pressure range 0.6-2.5MPA or contact us for custom
