This machine is widely used for desizing, bleaching, washing, and dyeing open-width fabric. Polyester cotton (cotton≤50%), dacron, blended textile, all kinds of fiber and blended products can be dyed well.

This machine adopts advanced PLC and data communication technology, realize computer overall control and dyeing management during the manufacturing process. High security, automatically identify all kinds of malfunctions. Compact transmission structure, low work noise, no pollution, convenient maintenance. Particular constant linear speed and constant tension system, leading in the domestic similar products. Fabric rollsautomatically swing when the machine stops to avoid dye liquor silting under fabric rolls, ensure process quality. This machine can scour and bleach above 100℃ to get good hydrophilic effect, good dye liquor absorbency and excellent permeability, low energy consumption, Good process repeatability. 

Main operation process: fabric cycles on the front and rear cloth roller at certain speed, tension. Fabric keep reciprocate winding from one roller to another roller, go through the cloth roller immersed in the conditioning fluid. Liquid continuously and fully self-circulates by circulating pump, and circulating pump extracted chemistry combustion improver(chemical additives ?) to the dye vat from chemical tank, then mix with liquid, ensure fabric conditioning fluid exactly same. Most parts of the machine are made of stainless steel. Fabric speed and tension will not change during dyeing process.
