Product introduction:

Sparkling water filling machine combines bottle washing, filling and capping machine in one machine.

Sparkling water filling plant was used for filling and sealing carbonated drink, like Coco cola, soda water, carbonated flavour water and so on. The filling type is isobaric pressure filling, to prevent the carbonated drink to form when filling. The full procedure is automatics. The adjustment for bottle type of each unit is fulfilled by turning handle; it is simple, easy and quick. The machine applies advance Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control machine’s auto-running, the input bottle chain way changes its speed by frequency converter. Cooperate more stable and reliable.The isobaric filling method (D type machine) is applied for PET bottle; plastic bottle to fill CO2 contained drinks. It is the ideal top choice equipment of drinks enterprise.

The advantages of sparkling water filling machine:

1.The machine applies advance Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control machine’s auto-running

2. With lubricating oil automatic filling device

3. Washing part: Spray bottle by bottle clamp and machine hand and complete with rotating sealing inner and outer washing, backwater device

4.Capping part: Magnetic torsion tooth screw capping head, when the torque force more than the adjusted   magnetic, the capping head will slip. Ensure screw tighten not hurt cap.

5.Starwheel with safeguard and alarm device, no bottle not bottling , no cap not capping
