Bottled sparkling water filling capping machine combines bottle washing, filling and capping machine in one machine. Bottled sparkling water filling capping plant was used for filling and sealing carbonated drink, like Coco cola, soda water, carbonated flavour water and so on. The filling type is isobaric pressure filling, to prevent the carbonated drink to form when filling. The full procedure is automatics. The adjustment for bottle type of each unit is fulfilled by turning handle; it is simple, easy and quick. The machine applies advance Mitsubishi programmable controller (PLC) to control machine’s auto-running, the input bottle chain way changes its speed by frequency converter. The advantages of sparkling water filling capping machine:
