Dripper transferring system

The Dripper feeding way is automatic feeding and transferring way is belt . The driving motor is 60W , 50 HZ,1350 R/min.

The dripping choosing disc is automatic type , and the rotating disc diameter is Φ540mm and the rotating disk material is high –strength alloy aluminum .

The flat dripper is transferred by pneumatic air , and the length of transferring tank is 2000mm .  The driving motor of rotating disk is Delta servo,1.5KW. Driving motor of dripper insertion is also Delta servo,1.0KW.

ZFSJ-70×33/1single screw extruder

The screw Diameter is70mm.The L/D ratio is 33:1. The material for screw is 38CrMoAlA(special alloy steel for screw).

The changing way of filter change device is manual operation. It is durable net which is ourpatent product . The filter should be changed every 24-48hours.

The number of machine body heating and cooling zones is 4 .

The PE Material feeding way is vacuum absorption way and the drying way is  automatic controlling hot wind heating .

Vacuum tank

The material of Vacuum tank body is high-strength stainless steel model:304. The length of Vacuum water tank is 4meter(standard allocation, length can be ordered).The central height is 1000 mm. The vacuum pump is1.45KW  and water pump is 0.5KW*2.

Cooling water tank and Drying tank

The material of Cooling water tank is high-strength stainless steel model:304. The length of water tank Is 4meter*2(standard allocation, length can be ordered). The central height is 1000 mm .The cooling method is immersion .

The drying method is water blowing wind ring. The material of wind ring is high-strength alloy aluminum

High speed tractor

The tractor Clamping type is caterpillar type     and the Hauling off speed is ≤45m/min. The Effective length of caterpillar  band is 500mm .

 Hole drilling system

The Drilling speed is ≤170pcs/min and drilling method is mechanical type .

Winder

The winder is two station and rolling length is 500 meters .

The roll changing way is manual . the winding motor is torque motor and power is 2N·m*2.

11. Electricity cabinet

The Temperature control method is Delta temp control module, PLC          . and the heating area is 7 areas . water temperature control area is one .

The brand for PLC , TOUCH SCREEN ,FREQUENCY CONVERTOR ,SERVO is DELTA . And the low voltage electrical equipment brand is Schneider .

We have our own mold manufacturing workshop .

The mold processing machine we use is Switzerland AGIE Brand .

Mold material is Sweden steel .
