The main motor, shaping device and tractor adopt frequency conversion control, which has characteristics of easy adjustment, reliable running, steady work and low energy consumption.

Screw of extruder adopts special design which makes raw materials plasticized well and the line works steadily.

The control of heating temperature of extruder and mold adopt temperature-automatic control system which has characteristics of high accuracy of control and obvious effect of energy-saving.

Winding machine adopts torque motor which overcomes tension-blemish effectively. And winding machine is also equipped with meter-counter and can alarm and stop automatically.

The shaping mold is designed and manufactured by ourself .

We have our own mold manufacturing workshop .

Thin wall type drip irrigation tape, the labyrinth flow passage can be formed once, which performance is good.

It has turbulent flow passage and pressure compensation

Aperture type water outlet can be opened to make water flows only when the pressure exists. It will be closed automatically, when there is no pressure, therefore it can prevent root system of plant and soil etc. impurity from entering and avoid blocking water outlet.
