Working principles

The meter collects voltage signals from the potentiometer. The current signals collected from the shunt to get multiplying signals through multiplication device, and after frequency converting, get counting pulses, which is in direct ratio with the product of voltage and current.

The counting pulses of electric energy will be sent to CPU for processing through electro-coupling, and be stored in nonvolatile EEPROM after operation. These pulses and information from IC card that been stored with some volume of electricity and data of supervisory demands will be processed by micro processing system in the meter then provide signals of display, warning and cutting-off state etc.

Function And Features:  

1.Payment Methods: Payment use IC card prepaid, when arrears automatic power-off.

2.Power-off Alarm: When electronic shortage, remind users to buy electricity timely

3.Display: 5digit nixie tube display the remaining electric quantity and accumulative 

total power consumption in turns 

4.IC Card Type: Contact card(4442 card) OR Low frequency card(T5557)

5.Overload Alarm: When the user average power exceeds the preset value for more than

one minute, the electricity meter will automatically stop power supply. 

It will resume power supply automatically 5 minutes later.

6.Strongly Encryption: By using the encryption card and dynamic encryption algorithm,

system data can not be decrypted

7.Temporary Overdraft Electricity: When users run out electricity and cannot purchase 

the electronic timely, Management staff can insert temporary overdraft electricity card, 

energy meter will restore. Overdraft electricity consumption can be set.
