The DD862 type single-phase watt-hour meter is a kind of induction type meter,which is applicable to measure the rated frequency 50Hz and power loss in electrified-wire netting. The meter has novel design, rational structure and features of high overload, low power loss and long life etc.

Function and features:

1.The meter has separable iron core structure, may select sub-closed iron core structure;

2.Meter cover glass, plastic, transparent PC which is anti-UV molded overall, or bakelite with glass window (optional); Meter base steel, bakelite etc; Meter terminal block is made of

 quality bakelite material which is moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, high temperature molded. 

3.May select use 5+1 digits register or 5 digit register or customer-defined, which is without anti-reverse device, or may select add uni-directional function or able to be anti-reverse;

4.The bearing has four kinds: single-jewel, dual-jewel, magnetic thrust ;

5.The die-casing frame is alloy aluminium or adopts top-quality steel plate, molding with excellent mechanical strength, stable structure and anti-impact;

6.Voltage components and current components, using double insulation structure, have good electrical characteristics;

7.All kinds of error adjustment mechanisms have fine adjustment mechanism. The meter starting and creeping needn't to be 

adjusted which is finished by anti-creeping hole of disc and convenient for adjusting by users;

8.Standard configuration short terminal cover, which is helpful to reduce installation space and make it convenient to install; 

May select extended terminal cover, which is for protecting the safety of using electricity;

Energy Meter Structure feature:

The electromagetic elements employing divided formation are in horizontal position of DD862 type watthour meter.The voltage cores of semi-enclosed and plug-in type are used. Double-jewel bearing is used in the bearing system. The register consists of five or six large drum-shaped wheel with clear readout.In order to take precaution against stealing electricity. fixed bi-direction register.Imitation corundum is set on the driving axle of the register to reduce friction and keep stable of data. Aluminium alloy by diecast, and have undergone  heating and cooling processes, so have good mechanism characterictic. Magnetic bearing avaiable.

1) Metering IC with A/D circuit and DSP circuit, ensure measuring energy accurately.

2) Based on two current sensors, the meter continuously monitors the phase and neutral currents.

    The meter calculates power correctly even if one of the two wires does not carry any current
