Generally ,waste rubber/plastic are recycled by pyrolysis oil technology .namely the waste plastic /rubber decomposed by heating or by catalyzing to obtain fuel oil ,fuel gas .which is not only without any pollution ,also can recycle resource efficiently.

As plastic and rubber has been used for all other industry widely, they are playing an important role in the development of our economy, but plastic/rubber did not easy to broken after being used. So they become a big pollution for our environment .Therefore it is urgent to process those waste material without pollution.

In addition ,as the fastest development of world economy ,the shortage of petroleum will be urgent more and more .even the expert had stated that it will have no petroleum recover in earth after 15years later .so search the new resource became an issue which concerned by all the countries of the world.

so it have great meaning of settle this program ,which can recycled waste material into resources without any pollution .she help to solved two serious problems for human.

1. What is the name of the Pyrolisis line you propose to us for our Plant, with capacity of 10-12 tn a day?

Cherry:pyrolysis line is mean to recycle the solid waste tyre/plastic into crude /black oil .

1. What is the suggested cost for the above line?

Cherry: the FOB Lianyungang price was usd 42000 for basic equipment to country of Europe. If you need optional parts like auto feeder ,discharger ,it need extral cost usd 7500 and usd 8000 I had give you the price in our previous mails.

1. Is it an automatic line? How many workers do we need for its operation?

Cherry: it is an seme-automatic line ,need 3-4 workers for pyrolysis line ,and 2 workers for distillation line .

1. Included an auto feeder in the above line-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry: usd 7500 for auto feeder .

1. Included a conveyor to take tires to feeder in the above line-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry:yes ,it had included one conveyor to transfer the tyre pieces into hyrolic cyclider .

1. The tires in the reactor must be entire, in big pieces or little pieces after grinding? What is your prefer way?

Cherry: it better way is to cut the entire tyre into four or five pieces it is ok . but the entire tyre also can be feed ,but it will waste some of the space in reactor .

1. If they are entire, do we lose volume-space in the reactor?

Cherry:yes ,it will .so we advise you to cut the tyre into four or five pieces is ok .

1. If they must be cutting in big pieces, do we need a tires-cutter? Included one in the above line-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry: yes ,we need a tire cutter ,the extra cost was rmb 8800 per set .

1. If they must be grinded, do we need a tire-shredder? Included one in the above line-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry:the shreeder machine it is not neccessory .we can settle it ,then the reactor will have more capacity .but the price for shredding production line was very expensive .

1. We can use the gas produced by tires’ pyrolisis for heating the reactor? If yes, the proper equipment included in the above line-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry: yes ,we can use the gas produced by tires’s pyrolysis machine to heating the reactor ,it no need to extral equipment as it had included in the basic equipment .

1. Is there an automatic carbon black discharging system? It is included in the lines-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry:it did not included in the line ,the price was usd 8000 totally.

1. Is there an automatic steel wires discharging system? It is included in the lines-cost? If not, what is its extra cost?

Cherry: yes ,it had included the steel puller machine to discharge the steel wire from reactor .

1. We will need a carbon black treatment line for final N-550 carbon black quality. What is its extra cost? What machineries include, and what are their technical characteristics?

Cherry: the carbon black from pyrolysis directly can reach to N-330 –N550 .no need further process.

1. What must be the maximum high of our building’s installation?

Cherry: the Max. height for building was 5 M .

1. The technical plans and designs (engineering’s, mechanical’s, electrician’s, circulations’ diagrams, etc) included in the line-cost? If not what is theirs extra cost?

Cherry: it had included the cost I give you .after sign the order ,we will not charge you again if you did not require any other machine or other requipment .

1. What is the technical assistance provided by your company during the plant’s installation? What is its cost?

Cherry:we will sent two or three engineer to your place to guide you how to install ,commissioning and training of your worker how to operation and maintain the plant .the engineer will give you the technical support . it need to pay them usd 100 per day each engineer .

1. Can you arrange a visit for us, in request to your previous buyer, to a Plant of your technology in Europe?

Cherry: about this I need to check with our buyer’s first to get their allowance .feedback to you later .
