Brief Introduction:

Our this sawdust drum dryer machine is rotary type dryer for drying sawdust and wood chips or other small sized materials like coal, sand, etc from 60% moisture to less than 10%. It has the features of high efficiency and easy operation.

Sawdust drum dryer machine mainly consist of:

The working principle:

1. Materials are sent to hopper of sawdust drum dryer machine by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side.
3. Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
4. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
5. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of sawdust drum dryer machine.

2. What is the feeding moisture of raw materials can be? And what is the water content finally?

     The feeding materials are better in the moisture of less than 70%, and it can dry the materials to less than 10%, and one time drying.

3. How is the heat? How can I get it?

     You can use wood or coal as fuel drying in the heating stove to get the heat. Some customer asked me ever if can use electric to get heating, we can design this dryer, but if use the using electric, the cost will be very high, and need to build a electric station.

4. How we build the heating stove?

    We will  provide you the drawing of the stove for you, or if you need, we will dispatch our engineers to your factory helping for intalling the dryer and building the stove.
