Application of bio machine:

Our powder bio machine mainly used to recycle waste wood, biomass powder , rice husk etc.

They may reuse waste source.The output briquette can be used for biomass energy of warming

cooking in home or hotel.After carbonized, they can be used for babucue , warming etc.

Bio machine 's working principle : 

1.Propeller provides impetus pressure to force powder move towards exit.

2.High temperature high pressure shaping principle: three heating rings provide high temperature,

 meanwhile, the inner shaping drum provide high pressure. 

Final output wood press briquette;

Biomass briquette shape: Hexagonal bar shape , round bar shape, square bar shape etc  with

hole in the middle .

Biomass briquette size: Diameter can be 40-80mm,the length can be 300-800mm.

Suitable raw material:1.Wood : tree branch, wood chips, sawdust, sugar cane etc.

                                   2.Coconut shell, palm shell, wheat rusk, rice rusk, bamboo waste etc.     

                                   3.Bamboo, Wood log . 

Main spare parts :

a) Heating rings: Each powder bio machine for wood sawdust has 3 heating rings. these 

heating rings are used to provide high temperature for wood powder. 

b) Inner shaping drum and outer shaping drum: There is one inner shaping drum and outer 

shaping drum in one set screw type biomass briquette machine.

c) Propeller: There is one propeller in one set screw type biomass briquette machine. The 

propeller is used to push fine wood powder towards the inner shaping drum.

d) Temperature controller: It is used to control the temperature of machine.

Main parameter of bio machine :

1.Crusher: Crush your wood into small size powder,less than 3-5mm.

2.Dryer: Dry up the wood powder till their moisture less than 12%.

3.Compress machine for wood sawdust : Shape dry powder into birquette.

4.Carbonization furnace: Turn biomass briquette into charcoal briquette.
