Final briquette of  punch type coal plant :

Coal briquettes' shape: Round shape coal briquette with several holes(Diameter between

140-300mm) Cylinder shape with a hole( diameter 50mm with a 15mm hole is the most popular

size) Plum-blossom shape with hole, square shape with several holes( the length are

customized),hexagonal shape with a hole, rectangle shape, etc.

Coal briquettes' size: The diameter or length is 45mm-300mm. 

Coal briquettes' density: The density of coal briquettes can be adjusted according your demands

by changing the upper punching part.

Coal briquettes' burning time: The burning time is about 4-5 hours per small piece.

Main structure of punch type coal plant:

1) Frame: The whole frame includes cast iron bedplate, motor base. The frame is the main

skeleton entity.

2) Transmission part: This part consists of motor power, belt gear, gear, transmission shaft.

3) Feeding part: This part consists of moving shaft, hopper, mixer, turnplate. Under the help

of mixer and turnplate, coal powder will be feeded into the shaping drum.

4) Punching part: Punching part is the most important in the whole honeycomb coal briquette

machine, it consists of four slide bars, beam, punch, punch seat, moving pressure plate, spring,

etc. When honeycomb coal briquette machine working, two gears moving and push upper

punching part puching down though pull rod, meanwhile, movale plate moving up and makes

spring shorter, this makes coal powder into briquettes shspe. 

5) Conveyor part: This part consists of transmossion rack, belt pulley, holder.

1.The ball press machine has two or four rollers to press fine powder into various shpes. 

Ball shape/oval shape/egg shape/pillow shape/square shape etc.

2.Raw materials of ball press machine can be coal /charcoal powder,metal powder,carbon

black coal powder,gypsum powder,refractory powder,fertilizer powder, limestone powder etc. 

3. Final briquette size of ball press machine will be10-60mm.Which can be customized.

The whole production line of coal plant:

Coal crusher with mixer: In order to make high density and hardness briquette, we need to

crush coal lump into fine coal powder , less than 1mm. Then mix fine coal powder/charcoal

powder with natural binder evenly. 

Coal plant: Shape fine coal powder into various coal briquettes.

Dryer: Dry up coal briquette till their moisture less than 5%.

Payment, Packing and Delivery time:

1 Payment :30% TT in advance, 70% TT balance pay off before delivery.

2 Packing: The machine and wear parts will protected by wooden box or as customers’ will.

3 Delivery time: For one set, the delivery time is 7-10 days, for 1-5 sets 20-25 days,
