The production line of small brick making machines:

The simple process of brick making production line is: Box Feeder --> Roller Crusher/ Double Stage Crusher --> Double Shaft Mixer --> Brick Making Machine --> Brick Slitter --> Brick Cutter.

1) Taking clay with box feeder, then belt conveyor carries clay to roller crusher till crush clay into very small particles. (brick making machine)

2) After crushed, clay powder will less than 3mm. Then belt conveyor carries clay to mixer, which to increase the comprehensive quality of raw materials, greatly improve the appearance quality and ratio of forming. Then clay powder being shaped by brick making machine. (brick making machine)

3) After extruding wet column brick,cutting column brick under 1.0-1.5 m,use the automatic brick cutter to cut pieces brick with different capacity. (brick making machine)
