The concrete pile end plate drawing
1. The material is Q235B, Hot rolled steel billet is 150
2.Tensile strength is high , such as 500 * 100 * 18 end plate is 83 kn/mm2;
3. Hot rolled density is better than casting, high strength, no casting defects such as casting slag, blowhole defects;
4. Hot rolled billet is high-precision with small machining allowance and good surface roughness which can save the cutting tool;
5. Flatness is not greater than 0.3 mm and two ends need no processing;
6. The efficiency of hot coil production is high and the daily output can reach 4000-4000pcs.
Production process flow
Process description: The blanks will be delivered to warehouse after inspection,According to the drawing requirements, straightening,then full welding, and then milling the protruding welding line, , machined by CNC lathe after being flattened by grinding machine , then punching, drilling, tapping, notching . Then we'll go through the warehousing formalities if they qualifies ,
but they'll be repaired until qualified if substandard.
