QBY3, the third generation pneumatic diaphragm pump, has six main merits, such as, reliable quality, long life expectancy, low noise, small vibration, and non-crash fault, high exquisite workmanship, which had been researched and developed by our teams in our company.

QBY3 has the following characteristics: 
Water irrigation and diversion are not necessary; its self-suction capacity can reach 5 odd meters with head of delivery up to 70m and discharge pressure above 7 bars.
Enjoying excellent passing performance even can pass through easily particle and slurry whose diameter below 10mm. They can handle sludges and slurries with a relatively high amount of grit and solid content.
Head of delivery and flow could adopt stepless regulation through controlling the valve switch.
There is no rotating parts, no seal. The medium must not be leaked out because the diaphragm has separated the transmitted medium from transmission machine. Suction and transmission of various special mediums, such as various toxic, strongly acidic, volatile liquids without any damage to the environment and man;

It is safe to use at flammable and explosive places for without using the electricity.

It can be running and working when immersed in the transmitted medium. 

It is great convenient of user-friendly, reliable, and easy operated by switch on and off, and even idle load running. It will be stopped automatically to reach self-protect performances and running automatically after being in a natural load.

1.A.Are you factory?How many workers do you have?

    B.Yes,we are factory. One is in guangzhou and the other one is in my boss's hometown.Almost 100 person working for this 15 years old factory.

2.A.What about after sale service?

   B.We provide two year warrantly for big machines like hydraulic homogenizer vacuum emulsifying mahcines and mixers series.One year for small filling machines like semi-automatic labeling machines series.

    However,we provide wearing parts(not caused by improper operating) for free in the warrantly(except delivery fee) 

3.A.What about install?

   B.Our engineers will be sent according to your project.However,the customer will pay the economic air tickets round trip and arrange the accommodation for them. 

4.A.What can you do if the machines meet problem?

   B. The picture or video to show the problem should be provided,then we will send you teching video based on the small machines,if for the big problem for big machines ,engineers will be sent.Please check question 3 to make sure the fees.

5.A.How can you control the quality and delivery?
