II Requirement of Cooling Water, Electricity, Air Pressure and Operating Conditions
Power Supply: AC380V 3Phase 5 Lines. Total Power is 112KW. Power Supply Cable size is 70 square, plastic-covered copper wires.
Cooling Water: Vacuum Pumping Speed is 70L/s. Cooling Water is needed during the Pump Running. Cooling Water can use running water (Cooling Water Pipeline need to be equipped.) or equip Water Tank with size of 1.0 to 1.5 cubic. Water is circulated by the Pump. The Minimum water Consumption is 960L/H.
Operating Conditions: Operating Conditions: 10℃--50℃; Relative Humidity is less than 90%; Height above sea level is less than 2500m.
III Equipment Structure
Double-stage Automatic Solar Panel Laminator consists of Loading Conveyor, Double-stage Lamination Chamber, Unloading Conveyor, Vacuum System, Heating System and Electrical Control System.
IV Equipment Features
1 Integrated structure design of equipment:
1.2 Machine is heated by Heat-transfer Oil to increase the temperature uniformity, temperature control accuracy and integrated performance.
1.3 Four steps of Material Loading, double stage Lamination Chamber, and Material unloading are running together to ensure Module quality. It is with high-level of Automation.
1.4 Each Lamination Chamber can be running independently. The capacity is 1.6 times higher than a single Stage Laminator.
2 Loading Conveyor
2.1 Belt type or synchronous belt conveyor can meet customers’ demand for a variety of operations.
2.2 Continuous Material loading device is stable. Variable frequency conveying system, accurate position and conveyor speed is adjustable.
3 Lamination Chamber:
3.1 Adopts the pneumatic lifting Facility to open cover, the system is stable, uniform, save time of mechanical operation, low energy consumption.
3.2 Control of frequency conversion speed governing chain circulation conveying system
3.3 Standard industrial control mode, PLC control, touch screen operation and data display.
3.4 Upper & Lower Chamber of each Lamination Stage are equipped with PTFE Teflon Sheet. It is with the Function of cleaning EVA automatically.
4 Unloading Conveyor
4.2 Realize the effective docking of the automatic production line, the transmission speed is smoothly. The Speed can be adjusted precisely. It is the same as the Conveyor Speed of the Production Line.
5.1Vacuum System adopts two sets of 2X-70 rotary vane vacuum pump.
5.2 Inlet & Outlet of Vacuum Pump is equipped with connector and vacuum pumping pipeline.
5.5 Three wire sheathed platinum resistance detection for replacement of platinum resistance
6.1 Oil heating mode, good temperature uniformity, low power consumption.
6.2 Subsection split speed lamination, lamination pressure can be adjusted.
6.5 Hot Oil System is set up independently; Oil Level is in the opposite of the Operator. It is easy for maintenance and observation.
6.6 Heating System Supplier has passed national Certification, safe and reliable.
7.4 The Key Parts like Heating Plate and pulling shaft use locknut.
8.1 High quality of electric components, import brand products, greatly reduces the failure rate.
8.2 Set all kinds of PID arithmetic control in one, with high precision and strong anti-interference.
8.3 It can store at any time, statistics of various abnormal information, easy to manage analysis.
8.4 Standard industrial control mode of PLC and Touch Screen.
8.5 Double operation mode of Automatic/Manual control, set vacuum, air pressure, PID temperature control technology and programmable control, relay output in one to achieve a variety of complex process control accurately and conveniently.
9.3 When the Cover is opened in place, Safety System is locked automatically to prevent accidents.
V Detailed Introduction of Automatic Solar Module Laminator
1 Higher Configuration of the Equipment whole structure (Figure 1, 2, 3, 4)
Higher Configuration of Yiheng Laminator, most of Spare Parts are used in bigger international brands, such as Schneider, Siemens, Frasch, KEYENCE, and so on.
2 Structure of Heating Plate is thicker, longer life, no deformation (Figure 5).
The Structure of heating Plate is thicker and with middle holes. It is helpful for Heat-transfer Oil circulation stably. It also improves Temperature uniformity of the Machine.
3 Installation method of PTFE Teflon Sheet Synchronous rotary gear (Refer Figure 6)
Two pieces of upper and lower PTFE Teflon Sheet are driven by synchronous gear which makes the transmission more stable and more synchronous.
4 Install driving Gear Synchronization with PTFE Teflon Sheet (Refer Figure 7)
Two pieces of upper and lower PTFE Teflon Sheet are driven by synchronous gear which makes the transmission more stable and more synchronous.
5 Mechanical Protection Guard (Figure 8), to ensure the safety of Operator.
Equipped with removable Mechanical Protection Guard, convenient for operation, easy for maintenance, safety and beautiful.
6 Grade A Loading Conveyor Belt adopts structure Design to prevent from the off-center
Positioning Device is installed on both end of Loading Conveyor Belt to prevent Module off-center or error during transmission process
7 Rubber sheet is fixed by Hook, easy for disassembly, avoid rubber sheet wrinkling (Figure 11)
8 Prevent upper Chamber deformation (Figure 12)
It is equipped with four devices to prevent upper Chamber deformation on Upper Chamber Surface. The Device can prevent upper chamber deformation, and maintain the same shape after long term running in conditions of high Temperature and higher Pressure, to ensure lamination vacuum degree.
