Submerged Arc Furnace is used to melt quality alloy steel, ferro silicon,ferro manganese, ferro nickel.Submerged-arc furnaces equipped with the Electrode System suited to the most harsh furnace environments.

It can operate by bogie movement or mast lifting, with optional VVVF and hydraulic driving modes.

Ø Water cooling monitoring and alarming system

Ø Electric control system
Automatic regulator of electrode lifting can be VVVF controlled or computer controlled. PLC control all the components and the interlocks.
