The bubble alumina brick is characterized by high purity, good inslutation property, high strength, good abrasive resistance, and good thermal shock resistance, etc., which can be used for insulation with high temperature requirement. It is maily used as the working lining of hydrogen generation furnace, gasifier and carbon black reaction furnace; insulation lining of intermediate frequency induction furnace' working lining of high temperature furnaces in refractory and ceramic industries, and inner lining of heating furnaces in metallurgy industry.
So far, it has been used in the furnaces China-made or imported in more than 50 plants and has gained the First Prize of Henan Provinceal Science & Technology Progress. The annual capacity is 500 tons
