1.For hydrostatic testing on steel tubes by means of oil-water balance control, with PLC touch screen operating system, could print-out testing result in English automatically.

2.It features with simple construction, high productivity, wide product specification range, making it suitable for testing pressures on steel tubes of various lengths.

Application:

It is applied in hydrostatic testing on seamless steel tubes, welded tubes.

1. Max. test pressure: 5~70Mpa (according to the users needs);

2. Tested steel tube diameter: Φ108~Φ1,420mm;

3. Tested steel tube length: :4~14m

4. Cylinder: 1-6, and oil-water balance pressure: 50~2,000t (total thrust);

5. Sealing modes of steel tube ends: end-face seal and radial seal.
