C, Main structure features and working principle

1),Main structure and features

The forming machine is composed of 8T manual feeding device, driving device, forming roller and main machine (including oriented platform), cutting after forming device, hydraulic system, electrical control system and out-put table.

1.The frame of machine is type steel,milling by big gantry milling machine,keep the levelness and hardness of machine.

2. Main shaft adopted fine 45# steel after treatment, assure the combination property.

3. Roller adopted GCr15, processed by CNC machine and surface coating with chrome, assure the precision of size and hardness.

4. Main motor is drived by gear retarder driving. Per passive roller is drived by chian, which is stable and reliable.

5.This machine adopts forming punch cutting, hydraulic driving, the action is safe and reliable, and can make sure that the final profile could keep the same effective width from front to the end.

6.Cutter material Cr12,after heating process, the hardness can reach HRC60°~62°

2),Structure and components

Forming machine is composed of feeding device (passive uncoiler,uncoiler frame supporter), driving device, forming roller and main machine, cutting after forming device, hydraulic system, electrical control system and out-put table .

1.    feeding device

Feeding device is composing of passive uncoiler and uncoil frame supporter, adopt a parallel linkage supporting coil, easy adjusting when supporting.

2. Machine driving

Machine driving by gear reducer, transmits to downside roller and shaft, then transmits to gear box, using gimbals and gear box driving other rollers by a driving gimbal.

3) Forming rollers and main machine

(1). Frame of machine is type steel, and sandblast to take off surface oxide layer and surface stress, rollers designed by Auto CAD software and according to engineer experience also,to keep the profile shape and size precision

(2). upper and downside rollers adjusted by springs and strokes,can produce less than 4mm different thickness panel by the flexible of springs

(3). forming rollers coating with chrome, increase the using life of rollers

4),Cutting system

Cutting system is composing by cutting device and hydraulic device.

Cutting action has two types, one is manual cutting, and one is auto action, auto cutting use for the mass production of fixed length, manual cutting for inspection.

When product reach the approved length, main machine stop, block place drop, block off steel, touch bottom limit switch, carry on arise immediately, reach upper limit switch, work over, main machine begin to turn. That to be a action.

5),Electrical system

Main components of electrical such as PLC program controller adopt Mitsubishi, others adopt well-known brands at home and abroad.

Electrical system can consort the action for all parts of the machine and offer touch screen, let user could set all kinds of parameters advanced for need, such as plate length, quantity, number of the batch, correct errors and so on.
