The usage of the scraper winch

2JP,2JPB series scraper winch is mainly use in metal mine and other coal mine’s pit

and ore’s carrying and filling working,is applicable to the scraping which ground is

horizontal or the slope not more than 44 degree.

Do you know the difference between 2JP and 2JPB electric scraper winch?

For 2JP electric scraper winch,the motor is non-explosion proof.

For 2JPB electric scraper winch,the motor is explosion proof.

For " 2 ",it means the drum's quantity is two.

For  "J",it means electric winch.

For " P",it means the electric winch use for scraping.

For "B",it means the explosion proof electric winch.

Non-explosion proof scraper winch strictly forbidden to use in underground coal mine.

When the motor started to work,strictly forbidden pressing two operating handle at the 

same time.

When the motor started to work,by gear 2,1 and 3,4 two stage deceleration, to drive

main shaft 14 to rotate,then by gear 5 and 8 to drive two planetary gear reducer.

When the internal gear 7 is not stopped,it could rotate free,the main drum and second 

drum will not rotate in the resistant function of the scraper pan and steel wire rope’s 

resistance.

If pressed down the right control handle,let right gear 7 stopped,corresponding main 

drum 13 started to rotate wrapped wire rope by the driving of planetary gear 6 and gear

carrier 12,to drag scraping.Second drum 11 in the wire rope’s traction,rotate to pay out

the second wire rope.

Let go of the right handlebar,press left handle,stopped left internal gear 7,the 

corresponding second drum 11 started to rotate wrapped wire rope in the driving of the 

planetary gear 9 and gear carrier 10,drag the scraper pan back quickly,the main wire

rope started to pay out the main wire rope in the traction of the wire rope.
