Working flow 

 HF Heating Principle 

High frequency heating is dielectric heating.It forms electric filed with positive and negative pole.HF power can penetrate material deeply.The waster or glue molecules in the material will get heated themselves by friction among molecules.In this way,they get heated from the core material,much more uniformly.

Advantages :

1: Short drying cycle--- HF kiln dryer greatly reduced drying time It does not require heat conduction,  inside and outside of wood timber is heated at same time; 

During the heating process, there is staged temprature difference between inside and outside of wood timber, T

he vapor pressure difference caused by this surface and the interior temperature difference makes the interior moisture to move towards the surface.  

for this reason, the drying time is much more shorter than traditional ways

2: Good drying effect--- hence the wood is drying under vacuum condition, this will decrease the drying tempreture. 

Wood drying at low temperature highly humid environment enable complete free from cracks & distortions as well as retain its hue & luster. 

Under connstant evenly heating there is not any cracking or bendind appeared. 

The moisture content of wood will be maintain a certain percent steadily after drying by hf kiln.

3: Easy Operation--- HF kiln dryer is fully automatic, you just push the cart loaded with wood into the tank, close the tank, and press the start button. 

Operation is automatically performed in accordance to the preset program 

4: Energy Saving--- The input power is much lower than other drying machine   

5: Cost-Effective---  Low input and high out put.
