Product Description
concrete ready mix plant HZS35 is the ideal equipment to produce plastic concrete,
hard concrete and so on. The whole plant is composed of dosing system, mixing system, electric
control.
HZS35 concrete ready mix plant is widely applied in precast components, road, bridge,
irrigation works, dock and civil building projects.
1. concrete ready mix plant by hopper lifting adopts horizontal double shaft concrete mixer.
Thus will have a good mixing efficiency. And it is equipped with ladder and walking board,
it is convenient to maintain and inspect.
ntrol system of concrete ready mix plant HZS35 adopts new type electric weighting
system, which is worked together with computer, control module, digital indicator.
This design could make sure the accurate weighting.
3.Air control system uses good-quality air compressor, air cylinder and Pneumatic pipes.
4. Aggregates is sent to mixer by skip loader. Hopper lifting concrete ready mix plant
is equipped with self-locking elevating device, which avoid loader of sudden falling down.
5.discharging height could be chosen according to height of concrete pump and mixer truck.
