Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is mainly used for automobile, aerospace, railway and other machine manufacturing industries, especially suitable for the surface of the thin-walled iron castings or aluminum castings and other small parts. It can be used for mechanical parts shot blasting strengthening.The mesh belt shot blasting machine deliver the workpieces to closed blasting chamber by a mesh belt conveyor, and use high speed rotating impeller ejecting the shots onto the surface of workpieces to reach cleaning result.

Main Features
I. Mesh belt conveyor and frequency controlled conveying speed ensure the even and higher shot blasting cleaning effect.
2. Steel mesh belt is suitable for the slag skin leaking and heat radiation, which ensuring effective cleaning for high-temperature workpieces.
3. Abrasive recycling system adopts overflow controllable multi-grade full curtain winnowing separator and special elevator belt to achieve separation and recycling of shots .
4. Blasting chamber equips with multi-layer sealing curtain which can meet requirement of different workpieces. The dedusting system uses impulse back flushing cartridge dust collector which with the good dedusting effect and long lifespan.
