Mesh belt type shot blasting cleaning machine convey workpiece into a closed chamber by mesh belt conveyor system ,Then,it can use high-speed rotation of the impeller blasting to accelerate the projectile,finally reaching to the surface clean-up effect.It is a kind of cleaning equipment that can clean the surface of workpiece such as disc shaped castings, forgings, and so on.It Mainly used in automotive, aerospace, railway and machinery manufacturing industry, and is especially suitable for thin-walled cast iron or aluminum alloy castings for processing of small parts, such as blast strengthening,it can also be used for mechanical parts. Shot blasting machine, dust removal system, the projectile collection and separation and transportion systems and the workpiece carrier are the main components.

1).The Blasting Chambers and shot blasting machine arrange after the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation of mass ejection.
2).The Blasting Chambers attached to the chamber adopts loose leaf spring v-shaped sealing device, which can effectively prevent the projectile splash, and reduce the wear and tear of components to seal and crack, the rest of the sealing layer using high wear-resisting rubber sheet sealing.3).The hopper Anglein the buffer reduces friction in the process of the droping of pellets.
