CT-16 & 20-650 Continuous Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine
Our company offers two distinct categories of Tumblast or tumble Shot blast machine. Batch Type Tumblast shot blasting machines process parts batch by batch, in a stop-start operation, and Continuous Tumblast Shot blasting machines pass the parts through the machine and onto the next process in the operation.
The following applications can be undertaken:
• Desanding and decoring of castings
• Descaling of castings, forgings and heat treated parts
• Shot peening (without process security)
• Deburring of plastic and rubber parts
Continuous Tumblast shot blasting machines (CT series ) treat the same parts but are situated within either an automated process or a continuous production line. The advantages of this being high performance rates, less or no human contact with parts, and a more speedy, complete process for the parts.

• Removing sand and cores from castings
• Descaling castings and forgings
• Handling mixed and single product runs
• Cleaning clusters
The unique design makes it easy to integrate CT blast cleaning machines into production lines. In a typical continuous production flow, castings leave the moulding line and pass through the cooling and sand / castings separating systems into the blast cleaning system without any manual operation or floor transportation.

BLAST WHEEL TECHNOLOGY
THERE IS THE MOST ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY FOR BLAST WHEEL AT OUR FACTORY .
This blast wheel also has the following characteristics:
1. With advantages: compact structure, convenient maintenance, low noise, low consumption, high efficiency; direct connection technology eliminates the intermediate transmission loss, removed many vulnerable parts- belt, belt wheel, main shaft, shaft seat, reduces the maintenance workload. In addition, it covers small area, layout is flexible, easy to satisfy ejection belt arrangement. It also has to replace the whole performance and convenient maintenance.2. Composite blasting belt : in order to clean all surfaces (the front and back, concave and convex surface) , this blade has a wide projection area, the width of the lateral ejections is 1.5 to 2 times to the normal blast wheel.
3. Structure: compared to the old belt type blast wheel, blasting shot velocity is constant, there is no belt slippage to cause bad cleaning or strengthening effect , the quality of cleaning is not fluctuated. This blasting efficiency is 20kg/min• kW and energy consumption is lower 20% than common blast wheel.
4. Material and craft: spare parts have long working life : wear parts of this blast wheel is made of Cr28% abrasion resistance of high chromium cast iron melt film precision casting and its service life is 3 times more than sand castings. All manganese steel cover/shell of blast wheel will processed by large CNC gantry milling machine with a one-time processing;
