All parts are shaped and perforated in the factory, and are ready for installation site.

The mounting of shed buildings requires no soldering since all components are bolted

together.

Hot-dip galvanized ensures a long longevity and reduces the rate of corrosion and aging.

The whole is fixed by anchors and the complete structure can be modified or changed without altering the original structure.

The A type raising cage system can house 4 chicks per cells and is equipped with automatic drinking and feeding system.

The feeding pans are situated outside the cages which can prevent from any contamination of food droppings.

Nipples water supply are installed in a fixed position to the front of each cages and

provide clean and fresh water.

food trolley system

The food trolley moves automatically along the cages and allows a quick and efficient delivery of the food in each tiers. The food is distributed equally and evenly. The system can be automated or manual according to customer’s request.

The belt conveyor collect the eggs from each tiers and provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs until the pick-up area . It helps preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality.

The pick-up area is situated behind each cage rows, and the eggs are to be gathered together manually.

fan & ventilation system

 It delivers fresh air and removes excess heat, moisture and undesirable gases from the broiler house. A typical ventilation system in a chicken house consists of fans, air inlets, evaporative cooling system and controller/thermostats.

environmental control system (Agrologic)

This system is totally automated and can adjust the inside temperature of the shed according to the outisde’s temperature and the chickens needs.

If the temperature goes lower than expected, an alarm system will immediately inform the farmers and a message will be sent to their mobile phones.

The controller operates equipment in the house including: brooders, fans, inlet machines, curtain machines, evaporative cooling systems and lights.
