 Automatic controlled poultry farm 

This automatic controlled poultry farm has been designed by our engineers and is fully equipped with cages raising system, ventilation system, manure removal system and so on.

This shed allows farmers to breed laying hens industrially thanks to the A type battery system. The equipment are totally automated which allows the farmers to save labor cost. One worker is enough to manage the shed.

Materials:   H beams/Square tubes, C channel, Angle steel, Round bar, Steel pipes, Tie bar, Nipple drinking system.

- The steel structure shed

The structure of the shed is made of lightweight steel structure and is very easy to assemble with a low construction cost. The roof can be made of corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel featuring good insulation performance. The wall is built with steel mesh or sandwich panel. Both the wall and the roof have contributed to ensure an excelent insulation performance therefore the shed is very resistant to wind, impact and climate change. An automatic curtain machine is also applied to the poultry house.

Battery is designed to give the hens a clean and comfortable place to live.

Cages are made of first class galvanized wire mesh which guarantees a long lifespan. Our cages can be used for 25 years. Doors are made of slender galvanized sticks designed for an easy access to the cell, and can be opened from both sides of the cage.

Feeding trolley system

Food trolley device (lateral travelling hoppers) ensures a perfect and evenly food delivery in each tiers, both automatic and manual systems are available.

Each hopper has a motor on the top of the trolley to allow a perfect food distribution.

The feeding system is reliable, durable and will help you to save labor cost.

Cages are equipped with big size feeding troughs to avoid the loss of feed. Hens will enjoy a perfect and healthy environment due to the unique features of our cages.

Water drinkers

Water flow will be provided by means of plastic pipes with stainless steel nipple drinkers.

Each tier is equipped with a water pressure regulator to ensure enough water delivery.

Central manure leaning system

Manure is removed from all tiers on Polypropylene manure belts. There is a metal scratcher in each tier to lcean manure bands and to block the ay to manure between bands.

- environmental control system (Agrologic)

After you set up the environmental control system and enter the desired temperature, the controller will adjust the temperature automatically which ensure a perfect and healthy environment to the chicks.

If the temperature goes lower than expected, an alarm system will immediately inform the farmers and a message will be sent to their mobile phones.

The controller operates equipment in the house including: brooders, fans, inlet machines, curtain machines, evaporative cooling systems and lights.
