Turntable Type Shot Blasting Machine
Features:
1. Turntable Type Shot Blasting Machine is the right solution for the treatment of large and heavy castings or forgings, such as marine engines, energy and power generation components and wind towers.
2.The bogie conveys the workpiece inside the blast chamber. The work car is also available with a rotary table to rotate
the workpiece for optimal blast coverage.
3.Air blasting stations with guns for manual treatment of the workpiece can be equiped when composite structures are
being blasted, air blasting is performed manually by an operator within the blast chamber.
Turntable shot blasting machine is suitable for surface strengthening of compressed work piece, the work piece is in the turntable and is blasted from vertical direction. Q35 shot blast machine is suitable for surface rust removal and strengthening of engine connecting bar, gear, shell cover wall, clutch friction part.
