Features of Rotary Table Shot Blasting Machine
1 Turntable Shot Blast Cleaning Machine mainly by the chamber body, turntable, drive system, separator, elevator, transmission devices pill, shot blasting and other components, in-room high-speed rotation of the top of a blasting device, the workpiece optimal position of the projectile, the workpiece with the rotary switch to the chamber body, the cleaning effect can be seen directly for the next step.
2 Driven by the drive plate rotary scraping pill, pill sand will flow through the tube to the elevator lower pill, then hoist mentioned separator to separate, well-shot balls through the tube and gate input for continuous shot blasting , and then were broken and dust shot into the other appropriate channels to a second separation.

Feature Rotary table design
This machine has a table that can rotate under one or more abrators in the blast cabinet . During the surface treatment, workpieces are put on the rotary table, and abrasives are shot on the surface of work piece from the top direction . Sometimes work pieces may require a two-step blasting .
